2025 IRS AIR File Utility Now Available on the Client Portal

We’re excited to announce that the 2025 IRS ACA AIR File Utility is now officially available for download on the ThinkWare Client Portal.

This updated utility allows employers to generate the required ACA AIR XML files for electronic submission of Forms 1094‑C and 1095‑C to the IRS. The 2025 version includes all current-year compliance updates and continues to support:

• Creation of original ACA submissions
• Generation of correction files
• Generation of replacement files
• Automated data scrubbing to help prevent common IRS validation errors

As a reminder, for the 2025 filing year, organizations filing 10 or more information returns must submit electronically, making this utility essential for ACA compliance.

Hosted Darwin clients may contact ThinkWare Support for installation assistance. Self‑hosted clients can download the installer directly from the Client Portal and follow the included setup instructions.
